The Art of Conflict was founded in 2017 by Minh H. Li after realizing, that this setup was a superior way of supporting clients on their professional endeavor.
But his knack for effective coaching, training and advising already took root early on in his career. After his Certificate in Linguistics, he worked as an Operator in Intelligence Services, where he coordinated field operatives during and outside missions. As a such, he was required to become a proficient study of The Art of War, which has proven to be invaluable for almost the whole duration of his professional life. After his service, he decided to move to the private sector where he has taken supporting roles such as Account Administrator, Editor, Guard, Consultant and Coach for Conflict Management. There he learned the intricacies of office-political dynamics within governmental entities, as well as private companies. |
No matter where he was employed, people were trying to "play the game" in order to navigate the office political landscape safely. Unfortunately almost all of those attempts were rather ineffective in comparison. With a particular set of intelligence grade skills, he then decided to take a more active role in offering training with his insights and advice. This has yielded great results, which was why his expertise was highly sought after.
What started as favors soon became a service. And what settled as a service, became a passion.
By the time of 2017 Minh decided to fully dedicate himself to his profession and founded The Art of Conflict. This enabled him to better accommodate not only individuals, but also enterprises and organizations. He has since trained clients to become more effective problem solvers, leaders to be more conscious and organizations to have quicker response times - among many other improvements.
Most importantly, he remains strongly dedicated to his mission: The best success is to make others succeed.
