About the Group Learning Programs
In contrast to a presentation or a keynote speech, a workshop is a more intensive and hands on approach towards learning a subject. With case studies, discussions and role play, we actively work together in tackling cases provided by us or by our participants.
That is why training in small groups can prove very efficient. Thanks to the easier facilitation of peer-collaborative studying, participants also gain additional value by exploring different perspectives. And in terms of conflict, having different views on issues is exactly what is needed to understand and deal with friction.
Whilst Collaborative Learning is not as customized and intensive as the One on One Program, the outcomes of group learning can be just as effective.

About the Modules
The needs of organization or groups vary, which is why we provide our workshops with modules. These modules can cover mixed groups from a variety of fields very well. However, they can also be tailored to specifications, targeting specialized groups like:
Custom Workshops
Depending on the needs, the workshops are customized and vary in size, duration and scope. This is done in order to not hurt the integrity of the learning process.
Workshop small group
Depending on the chosen curriculum, the suggested duration would be half or 1 full day.
Workshop medium group
Depending on the chosen curriculum, the suggested duration would be 1 - 2 days.
Workshop large group
Depending on the chosen curriculum, groups larger than 10 participants potentially require additional trainers, in order to guarantee the best learning-curve for each person. Also, the duration could take 2 days or more
Webinars
While not being a true alternative to workshops, webinars are smaller scoped options for learning. This solution is popular among people, looking to converse with the trainers about the nature of what we do. There, we answer your questions, provide you with tips or tell you a thing or two about the strategic approach to Conflict Management.
